Where are you based, and do you travel?
I am based in the Kansas City, MO area. Yes, I will travel domestically and internationally. Prices vary
Can I purchase additional photos?
Each package comes with a set amount of photos, but additional may be purchased at an additional cost.
Late/Cancellation Policy?
Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule your session, your deposit will transfer if you book new appointment within 1 week. If not, a new deposit will be required. If you are running late for your session, please notify me as soon as possible. If you "no call no show", with no follow-up communication, you will be charged for the remaining balance of your session, and you will be banned from booking.
When will we receive our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 2 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and even order prints!
Is a deposit required?
The retainer fee is 50% of the package price, it must be paid within 48 hours of requesting an appointment (unless other arrangements are discussed). If retainer is not paid, the session will not be booked. After your initial request for an appointment, you will receive an invoice where you can pay the retainer fee. Your remaining balance is due before the start of your session.
There is a 50% deposit requirement to schedule an event.
What is the Rescheduling Policy?
If for any reason you need to reschedule your session, at least a 24 hour notice must be given. The rescheduled date must be within 30 days of originally scheduled date, or deposit will be forfeited. If you miss your third rescheduled session, you will not receive a refund on your deposit, and you will be unable to book another session going forward.
